I found that a personal logo is no need to be complicated.  It can be some letters or illustrations. So I decided to do it in a simple and understandable way.

I first used my English name-Rose as the starting point, I just want to find a way to show my name.  Then I thought of the shape of the rose. Then I wrote my Chinese name in Chinese pinyin(Wang Li Wen) and extracted the first letters of each word(WLW). I found that they can be transformed into the shape of a rose. And I put the last two letters LW in the middle of it. That's what it like:
